STORE PICK UP
If you choose the option of store pickup, we will let you know by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
We will offer you a 3 hours time interval of your pick-up time. Please note, you will have 14 days to pick up your good from our studio. If we do not get any feedback on your claim to pick up your order after 14 days we will automatically cancel your order and refund it. For further information email us at email@example.com
We ship our goods with GLS for domestic orders and in the EU. ROW we ship with FedEx.
We offer free shipping and *returns on orders over 300€.
If the order is under this value, the shipping charge is:
HU: 10€ | EU: 20€ | ROW: 50€

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have 14 days to send it back to us.
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to email@example.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of MANUELA COLLAGE ART.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 14 business days after receiving the merchandise at MANUELA COLLAGE ART to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to the account.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with MANUELA COLLAGE ART within the above-stated timeframe. Please note that MANUELA COLLAGE ART does not accept liability for returned goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage/transport where the item returned is faulty.
We want MANUELA COLLAGE ART clothing to last as long as possible. If you need an item repaired due to wear and tear please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
